Found this on Tripadvisors with the open dates we wanted. T/A
showed $115 a night for those dates. Got e-moil back from owner
charging $135. I contacted owner was told I would get a 10%
discount. Next e-moil showed regular price at $145 less $15
discount. New 10% off rate was $130 a night.
